Terms
These terms describe how Memory Nook is offered during beta, what users can expect from billing, and what kinds of use are not allowed.
Updated March 15, 2026
Memory Nook is offered as a beta web application for guided interviews, reflective writing, Life Map summaries, and public-safe Commons contributions. Features, limits, and wording may change as the product is hardened for wider release.
The service is provided on an at-will basis. The operator may limit, suspend, or remove access when necessary to protect the service, other users, or legal obligations.
Users are responsible for activity on their account and for keeping credentials secure. Do not use the service to publish illegal content, harass others, upload malware, scrape other users' private data, or submit sensitive third-party information without permission.
Public contributions to Commons must follow the community guidelines and should be reviewed for privacy-safe sharing before submission.
Paid plans currently include Memory Nook 25 and Memory Nook 50. New users begin with a trial. If AI is not used in a session, that session is free. Life Map summaries are billed according to the usage rules described in the app.
Cancellations are scheduled to take effect at the end of the current paid cycle. A cancellation stops future auto-renewal; it does not promise an immediate refund for the active cycle unless separately granted by the operator.
Because Memory Nook is a hosted software service, uptime, latency, and feature availability can vary. The service may be modified, paused for maintenance, or updated without advance notice when needed for security or reliability.
These terms are informational product terms for the live beta service and are not a substitute for formal legal advice.
